I have experiences in diverse fields like Events, Sales and have served for a decade in the Indian Army. Have led men in the toughest of assignments in J&K and know for a fact that virtually every task in the armed forces is a team task and leadership and teamwork is the key. Team building games are probably the best way for a team to get to know each other and build common interests, goals and attitudes.

More than 15 years of experience in creating, conducting and teaching through games. Have worked with prestigious clients like HUL, JP Morgan, The World Bank, L'Oreal and many more with all kinds of teams and team sizes. Games I believe are a great way for people to open up, communicate and learn, especially in Modern life where we find it difficult to live without a screen for a short period of time. Games are a great way to get away from that for a while and to appreciate and remind us of human contact and how we function inherently better as teams.
